THE PROPERTY
Ocean's Edge comprises 64 one and two bedroom beachfront apartments, 66 two bedroom hillside apartments, 48 poolside cottages and 32 hilltop plots for private, bespoke villas. Building height will be restricted to three levels and many properties will have uninterrupted ocean views. Construction is well underway and the handover of the first properties took place in July 2008.

beachfront apartments
Four apartment buildings, each housing 4 two-bedroom duplex apartments, will be built within yards of the beach offering great ocean views. These two bedroom units will offer unbeatable ocean views from the lounge and terrace located on the upper floor. The bedrooms will be located on the lower floor with easy access to the clubhouse, beachfront restaurant and the resort's main swimming pool.
The 48 one bedroom beachfront apartments will also be built within yards of the beach with great ocean views. There will be 8 apartments in each building with four units on each floor.
hillside apartments
Built along the hillside will be a series of apartment buildings, each housing two 2-bedroom units, one on each floor. Each of these 66 spacious apartments will have a private plunge pool and a broad terrace for luxurious outdoor living. This elevated hillside position affords panoramic ocean, golf and mountain views from both the upper and lower units.
poolside cottages
Set in their own gardens, the semi-detached two bedroom Poolside Cottages are beautifully positioned on level ground around the ornamental pool and close to the resort amenities. Each single storey cottage has a kitchen, spacious dining and living area leading onto a large terrace with private plunge pool. The cottages have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom and bathroom can be closed off to form a one bedroom suite.
villas
The 32 villa plots are located on the resort's highest ground offering some of the most breathtaking views on the island with some plots commanding views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. With a choice of three or four bedrooms, each villa will feature an extensive terrace, an infinity pool and a stunning panorama of ocean and coastal views from an altitude of up to 300 feet above sea level.
Citizenship
Ocean’s Edge is an approved project of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis provided for in the Citizenship Act 1984. Purchasers who make a minimum investment of US$350,000* in a unit or a villa plot will be entitled to apply for Citizenship of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

St. Kitts & Nevis are located in the northern part of the Leeward Islands in the eastern Caribbean, 19 degrees north of the equator, separated by a channel two miles wide. St. Kitts is 23 miles long and 5 miles across at it's widest, encompassing an area of 68 square miles. The island's point of highest elevation is Mt. Liamuiga, at 3,792 feet. Nevis, the smaller island, lies to the south and is approximately 7 miles in diameter, covering a total of 36 square miles.
