LOCATION
The home is located high above the Silver Star ski resort village in the brand new Ridge subdivision.

Silver Star is located just 22 km from all the conveniences of the City of Vernon, 50 minutes to Kelowna International Airport, a 4 ½ hour drive to Vancouver and about 7 hour drive to Seattle.
Summer activities include a vast selection of mountain bike trails, hiking trails, guided nature walks and summer time festivals. The resort is less than 45 minutes from Predator Ridge and other fine summer golfing venues. The surrounding lakes and valleys are a mecca for boating, fishing and all summer recreational activities.

Ski in/Ski out with stunning panoramic views to the south of Big White Mountain, the Monashees, the Village, Tube Town and Knoll areas as well as views of the City of Vernon, Kalamalka Lake and Okanagan Lake.
The property includes excellent ski out access to the ski way below that leads to Alpine Meadows or Silver Queen Chairlifts. Ski in access is easily achieved via the Lonestar run off the Attridge ski area serviced by the new Alpine Meadow chair or Powder Express Chair.
